Apart from sales, we offer the following services with our CALLIDUS CT scanners:

3D Digitising We carry out 3D digitising of objects of virtually any shape. The generated point clouds are delivered in ASCII format.

	Reverse Engineering We offer surface generation based on point clouds that result from digitising existing objects.
	CAD data are delivered in IGES or VDA-FS format.

	Rapid Prototyping / Animation Point clouds generated by digitising can be polygonised by triangular meshing.
	The generated data can be delivered in STL, DXF or OBJ format.

Computer-aided quality assurance (CAQ) Point clouds and existing CAD data of one object are superposed in order to calculate the spatial difference. Deviations can be displayed in different manners: as false colour pictures as numeric values at individual points by showing actual and theoretical contours together along individually selected cuts through the measured object. The results are delivered as screen shots or as original 3D data accompanied by a viewer for spatial viewing of the data at the PC.
